The Azure Light Edge team is looking for an energetic Executive Business Administrator to provide team administrative and project support. Candidates must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally with all levels in the organization. You must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity, possess solid project management and problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks and be flexible in the performance of the job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Proactive scheduling, detailed coordination, and preparation for team support
- Manage, track, and procure SAW (Secure Admin Workstation) requests
- Onboarding new hires
- Purchasing equipment for new hires and refreshes
- Track assets, updating custodians, cost centers, PC (Personal Computers) recycled assets, and equipment transfers
- Partnering with Business Admins on planning for cross-collaborating and support on team and org events including All-Hands Meetings, morale events, and others as needed for teams based in Redmond and other locations
- Understand the rhythm of the business and ship cycles to provide support based on the business needs at the time most effective
- Office set up and clean out for incoming and outgoing employees, interns, etc.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft productivity software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently
- Desire to take on big challenges
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do and customer service attitude
- Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to be flexible and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all communications
- Ability to lift and move standard office equipment minimum of 25 lbs. (i.e., computers and peripherals)
