Corporate Supply Planning Organization (CSPO) is at the core of Intel’s manufacturing supply chain. The planning analyst is a critical in ensuring that supply is built to support our customer commitment. We are forward thinkers that push ourselves to do better by practicing lean principle, taking risks and putting our customer first.
Responsibilities may include: Responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link. Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders. May also conduct scenario (what-if) planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary. Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels. Drives continuous process/project improvements. Our organization operates in a team environment so thriving in this atmosphere is important.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business or other field relevant to Supply Chain Management with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or other field relevant to Supply Chain Management.
1+ years of Lean manufacturing experience and/or knowledge.
2+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft Excel and/or linear programming or related analytical tools.
